Reach out to both the parking company and Marriott corporate. For the future, anytime there is car damage call the police and file a report immediately. There are people who will act responsible to your face and lie the next day. If the driver is cited he will be given a court date. This gives you an opportunity to tell a judge the company has not covered the damage and can prevent the case from being resolved.
That's a good idea. We never even thought off calling the police. Well remember for future. Do you think it's too late to file a police report?
Also, I was really disappointed by the hotel's response. Until I pointed out I was plat with them, they wouldn't even help us get an incident report form from the valet.
