I recently called the Hyatt Gold Passport desk on 1st March after receiving my 4 x Suite Upgrade Vouchers to enquire about Suite upgrade availability for an upcoming stay for 2nd March.

I wanted to check availability as I was due to arrive at the hotel in a matter of hours just in case I did not receive a complimentary upgrade.

It has come to my attention on 3rd March that that all 4 of my Diamond Suite Upgrades were used and applied to bookings without my approval including the stay I queried about and surprisingly to reservations not even belonging to me including reservations at HR Belgrade and Park Hyatt VIenna.

I called the WOH helpdesk on 3/3 and spent over 40 frustrating mins on the phone today waiting for this to be corrected.

During this call the first representative I spoke to dismissed my query and incorrectly advised me that my 4 x Suite upgrades had been delayed and not yet been allocated yet and would be available later this month.

I am now eaching out to World of Hyatt via email and Twitter as this level of service is unacceptable.

Not a good start to World Of Hyatt for me!
