Looking at Seat Guru, looks like the stairs are in the back and there's a small section of Y seats back there? So boarding and deplaning from the upper deck is only through the back section?

I usually take the window seat on the right side when flying west on a TATL segment -- when clear, I've gotten good shots of Greenland. But with the 2-2-2 configuration, I'm guessing window seats don't have great aisle access?

So maybe one of the middle seats would be best if I don't want to disturb or be disturbed by the passenger next to me?
The airbridges connect at the front, would you expect up to 8 F class and 80-odd C class pax to Board at the front of the main deck, walk to the back of the plane, then up the stairs and all the way to the front? No, unlike the B747, the A380 requires special gates where there are airbridges at both levels.

Aisle access isn't direct but it does not require acrobatics to get in/out. Unless the pax in the aisle seat is of significant weight. Middle block guarantees direct aisle access and is what I prefer. Aisle access from the window seats is comparable to UA B777s in the 2-4-2 configuration.

The wings of the A380 are huge, forget photos unless you're in one of the very last rows of C.
