No one from Smart Flyer has contacted me. I'll send the CEO an email tonight but in an instance like this, if customer service was a #1 priority, they should reach out to me. Be proactive not reactive.
if SF is not reviewing/contacting advisor's clients, SF should expect more problems re advisor's bookings.
