There's a nice burek shop not too far from the hotel called Toma - eat burek and drink yoghurt for breakfast, like what the locals do
For dinner, try Walter Sarajevski No.3 for cevapi
For something quirky, there's Lorenzo and Kakalamba
All are within 10 minutes of lazy walking.
Anyway my recent stay review; upgraded to a decent sized junior suite a a platinum, free 25 minute massage but I paid a bit more to have a longer massage - spa had a nice ambience. Took the restaurant breakfast as my amenity, nice restaurant setting overlooking the park, food was fine but staff is definitely a hit and miss. Nice hotel but I probably wouldn't go back unless I learn how to use public transport OR Uber finally makes it there. I would rather stay near 'the horse' next time.
