There's no such thing at Asia Miles. What you can do is buy miles directly, at chunks of 1000 for 32.5 USD. That's very poor value proposition, however...
There is indeed top up. If the account has more than 70% of the required miles for the redemption ticket, the account holder can purchased in blocks of 2000 miles at USD60/block up to the minimum required for such a redemption.
