Fail on my recent KOA-SFO flight on 737-900, flight time 5.5 hours, Google Pixel XL running Android 7.1.1

I'd certainly characterize my impression of UA on this product as somewhere between incompetent and indifferent. I found myself flustered at the error messages, and then was completely incredulous to see this "Doesn't work for 6.0 and later" language in the inflight brochure.

6.0 was released in September 2015, folks.

If you force a desktop user agent (like on Chrome), you can watch a couple of music video channels, so this whole big mess goes to some weird DRM regime. So so so bad.
