I just started a dummy booking at the specified hotel, I get 2 rates, a prepaid that says non-rfundable, deposit required and a best flexible, which also says non-refundable, deposit required.

So both clearly state they are non-refundable rates and that there is a deposit required, they do not say there is a non-refundable deposit that is less than the full rate. I think the OP may have been in a hurry, as they stated they were, and didn't fully read the rules, even though both of what I saw was clearly right on the page that comes up with the rates, no clicking any links to see it.

OP, you say you have screen shots, can you post those so we can see what they actually say? I think that would clear things up a bit.
