Several years ago, the NW F/C upgrades which MVP Golds got were able to be used "at time of reservation." Now they're good only 24 hours ahead - so their value is significantly diminished. I'd like to see fewer coupons with more value - whether that's on AA or NW is immaterial for me.

I'd also like to see preferential treatment for standbys given according to status - like UA does.
