How about the ability to do select seating on the AS web site. Similar to what NWA web site allows. How about being able to book a first class seat on the web with the use of an upgrade coupon?

It would also be nice to have access to the American lounge at SNA. I second the boarding privileges on American. Wonder if American would be willing to do something similar on the First Class certs that AS MVP's get on NWA.

What about bonus mile opportunities with partners ala NWA 10,000 mile bonus for the use of 5 non-airline partners. Don't see to many bonus offerings with AS. (Not really an MVP issue)

Last but not least, how about bringing back the hot towel? I'd like to wipe off my hands after reading the USA Today

- Oops! Thought of one more thing. Companion upgrades for Golds. I don't know if this is possible now but on a paid upgrade the ability for a Gold to upgrade a companion at time of booking.
