It is a glitch on their part probably.

I called them up and they had no clue and suggested to to try to sign up for the Guest Program at the airport. I will try that day of departure.
What an absurd response! I am trying to create a new account so that I can potentially transfer MR to EY account and try my luck at booking a Royal Air Maroc award
