to be a little "gentler" maybe -- I'm not sure if it is so much about competent as experienced and persistent. I think that navigating the various rules and policies (which change regularly) is probably pretty challenging. For those of us with access to FT, we can figure some things out, like this. I'm happy that I usually encounter agents who are willing to listen to me when I explain and then check it out -- as did this agent for you.
