so is this new lounge nearer the usual BA gate and beyond the non-Schengen border control?


the previous lounge(s) were fine - nothing spectacular, but fine - but their major drawback was having to (a) turn the wrong way after security, away from the BA gates, to access them and (b) go through non-Schengen border control between the lounge and the gate, which could be unpredictable on queue times and meant relaxing in the lounge wasn't that great as you had to always leave time for a wait at border control as well as a reasonably long walk...plus if you then got to the gate to find any delay, there was no way of getting back to the lounge...


if this new lounge is the far side of the border control, that's a big improvement
