I am a oneworld silver member and I hold the BA premium plus amex card. I have accumulated over 200000 avios points over the last couple of years and 2 companion vouchers.

My plan was to use the 2 vouchers together and use avios for myself to fly long haul club world.

Called BA and tried to book a flight and they say, it can only be used in pairs. So a family has to be even number at all times to use it, which for me sounds odd.

Any thoughts?
