Welcome to FT.
The kiosk asks pretty much exactly the same thing the paper form does, including the question on if you exceed your limit. Answer honestly.
If you answer no to all of the questions, and seemingly, dependent on how the entry point is set up, and assuming you don't get a random X on your card, you will either be allowed to walk straight through, or may have to show your card to someone as you exit immigration, then same as you exit customs. If you answer yes to a question, you will get an X and will have to speak to someone. If you answer yes to the food question, you'll get an O, and will likely be questioned by primary customs on the type of food you are bringing, and assuming it is something not specifically listed on the form (meat, dairy, etc.) like chocaolate, candy, cookies, etc., you'll likely be sent straight through - if it's something that they want ag to look at, you'll be sent for secondary inspection.
