I found some, but it seems the majority isn't very new. I'm a bit hesitant to base a decision of a review that's a year or more old. I'm very familiar with the Residence Inn in Tukwila, but their equivalent room is about $239, so a bit more.

I'm well aware that Towne Place is a cheaper type of extended stay brand (what I am looking for). No concerns there.

I'm just not very familiar with the area, since it's a mostly commercial area.
