I can get a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen at the TownePlace Suites in Renton for about $180 per night. I'm a little bit hesitant of the neighborhood. I know there's nothing around it, except for Boeing and a strip club.
Anyone have any insight on the property?
Since you mention about budget - you should know Towne Place is a low end extended stay type of lodging. Hence it would not be in more desirable locations (more expensive land for example). From limited experiences with Towne Place on road trips I have come to expect that the customers would be
several levels lower than what you would find in a Residence Inn or a Springhill - both are also good for extended stays.
Why dont you go to Trip Advisor and see if you can find some reviews on the property?
