We all know how this usually ends. Merchant gets hit with huge bill, merchant looks for any excuse not to pay, merchant chooses not to pay non-US residents.

Not saying it will happen but the odds are well above zero, and zero would be my threshold given the cost involved (unless you need the product ....).
Had wondered whether we would see it on HFP later today actually, but I guess not. On the fence with this one still, but there doesn't seem to be anything in the T&C's (that I noticed) on the eStore website limiting this to US residents, so not sure if they could weasel out paying up to non-US residents.
