Hyatt Twitter support finally got my club upgrade sorted out. The booking was made in November with points (refundable of course) but they were able to add the club upgrade to the existing reservation. Interesting enough, the room type changed to a more generic guestroom category with the bed request moved to the notes. The room is not a grand club room, but the reservation says "Preferences: CLUB ACCESS CONFIRMED".
