If yes, 95 minutes is very tight as I believe Immigration can be a nightmare at that time of the morning.
As booked on 1 ticket/PNR no need to try to reserve a later flight. Its all QF a problem if the incoming is late.
As SYD is your first entry into Australia you need to clear immigration, customs & quarantine with all your carry on (& checked baggage if any). Then proceed (landside) to the QF domestic check in the T1 international terminal and get on the QF airside bus.
My last early morning flight into SYD T1 I was waiting for the QF bus 30 minutes after wheels down. Took some minutes from wheels down (on the runway) to door open.
