Is it true sometimes you don't get any questions at all at the kiosk for declarations? My gf swore she got no questions at all (the typical 4 questions about declarations), and she got a printout.

I was busy fussing with my own screen so I didn't glance over to see if she hit "Next" too quickly, but I definitely got the food question and hit "Yes" to cover my snacks that I bought abroad.

I was a bit worried because we had the snacks distributed between our two bags. I mean we made it through just fine in the end, but I would like to know the answer to this. I figure I'd ask the experts here rather than risk an argument about what she saw on the screen.
