Must just be for the 150th because I have regularly snagged rooms on July 1st for 'normal' rates and just for one night at the Chateau Laurier. Even used a free night cert one year.

Now for some snark , this is my least favourite Fairmont and suffers terribly when compared to service levels at Frontenac. You aren't missing much if you don't stay here.
