Still a good idea to call and have those 11 flights taken out so the itin matches the etkt. Maybe they're just dummy segments or maybe they still have space held, which if a NOSHO gets recorded will mess things up more. Makes sense to have it cleaned up before hand, plus then you should be able to OLCI.
