Well as I said in my OP, they gave me 80 Euros (google exchange rate at the time was 93E and change) but this was from the FDC's personal funds. Given the attitude of the FDM, I considered myself lucky that I was walking away with close-enough cash. That he was reimbursed by the hotel after the fact isn't exactly relevant to the hotel's attitude.


I got the cash, but what I'm upset about is the FDM and GM's statements that it is hotel policy to not honor the PAG Guarantee. That's what I'm trying to get Marriott Corporate's attention about.
