It's an AA ticket: number on AA.com receipt matches the one on MyTrips' view of the Amadeus prime PNR.
(I have found three differrent Amadeus PNRs associated with it, with AA. BA and AY codeshares in the booking)


(edit) And the GGL line could do nothing more than pass me over to AA who then said they could do nothing, so checking in at the airport is now the only remaining option.
