New member here! Through the tips here I signed up and received enough miles to book our trip to Auckland and back from Vancouver. We also received the complimentary lounge use for both my wife and I. We have never had access to the United lounge before. We have about 11 hours between flights in SFO.

I need some help with the use of our lounge pass.

1. At SFO there are 4 United lounges, will we be able to access all 4?

2. Only one lounge has showers available, are the showers only available for arriving flights?

3. We would like to shower before boarding the flight from SFO to Auckland, is it possible to do so?

4. What is the procedure for accessing the lounge. Will it show on our board pass? or will we need some other form or certficate?

I appreciate any help I can get to make the experieince better
