Minus off the fact you have free food and drink in the lounge beforehand (I see you have status), including some food and drink you can take with you on board, I personally wouldn't consider the 'cost' of the onboard food as a factor in the £59 extra.
Cash value of avios is also a strange calculation: the £1 in your pocket is free to spend anywhere on anything. The avios equivalent of £1 is very limited in ability to spend.
Definitely not worth it IMHO.
