Am trying to change a booking but it keeps telling me "Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please contact your booking agent."- seeing as I bought this on BA.com I am not sure who to contact other than to call BA. Is there an easy way around this? Another poster on previous page seems to have had a similar problem with an attempted upgrade, but I could not see in subsequent responses if there is an easy resolution.
