Nice pics, but not sure I completely agree with the review. Just stayed there for 3 nights last week and would say it's a solid 4-star hotel. Worth considering if you need to be near Clarke Quay, but there are far better options in Singapore.

And for the room--did you stay in a suite? I stayed in an Orchid Club Premier room which is the highest level of the non-suite rooms and my room was quite different from the pic you posted. No tub at all, and no glassed in toilet. Instead I had glassed in shower (which was generously-sized), and a small toilet behind a sliding wooden door. But overall the bathroom was a bit tight. The room itself was nice, but also a bit on the small side.

I also though the pool looked nice in pictures, but in real life was quite small, and the cabanas were a bit cartoonish.

Given the lower price point I thought the hotel delivered fairly well, but it's definitely a level below the options nearer the Marina, or on Orchard Road.
