When I ring the HK number and choose English it will normally divert to the India call centre. If there's something I really want the UK team to deal with I call the +44 number from HK assuming it's during their opening hours.
Really? I haven't called in a while but it used to go through to the HK office. The same two or three people it seemed. Another enhancement i suppose.
