Question

Is it not a common practice to move threads that are posted in the wrong forum ?

Aren't the first thread about a topic those where the discussion takes place ?

Any changes in policies I should know ?

Posted on Apr 1, 04, 9:35 pm more than one day before the first thread on this topic posted by JonNYC: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=309972 to which ScottC did refer me. Normally it would have been right IMO to move my thread to ORP as it was the first discussion on a topic rather than just close it without mentioning the policy when closing it.
