Yes upsell to club lounge is on offer, and allows choice of restaurant full spread/choice breakfast instead of more limited lounge breakfast.
Bearing in mind you'd need buy breakfast for 2ppn , then lounge upsell becomes reasonable value.
Doesn't cause bad value on upselling a points booking, but is annoying to those booking a breakfast inclusive rate.
For 2016 IC Danang wanted us$175++/night (for 1 or 2persons) for Lounge Upsell.... and doesn't come wth a room upgrade to club rooms. Lounge upsell won't cost more if you do the upsell in the hotel at checkin versus agreeing via email exchange upfront.
