Like many, I've encountered numerous niggling issues with BA.com
Often as not the first thing I do is clear down all my cookies and temp files and start over.

On MMB looking at a future flight that had been cancelled, and being offered the option to cancel. No action to cancel by me yet.
From the same login, used MMB to look at my partners booking (which I had made on my BAEC account), as this was on same outbound flight but different PNR. Their flight as not showing as cancelled, (presumably because of different advance seating but not relevant to this note)
Back to MMB, and my own PNR - flights still showing as CANCELLED, so I invoke the click-thru option to refund.
Imagine my suprise when the PNR that is now offered for cancellation/refund is my partner's flight - NOT mine!
I attempted this twice with same effect until I cleared out cookies and started over.
