Having an issue cancelling a Cathay Pacific Avios booking online (flight in May). Get a red banner saying please try again later. Tried a couple of times without success. Really don't want to have to spend an hour on the phone to the Silver line. Anyone else having this issue?
Had the same issue with an AA Avios booking - you have to call them. When I called the Silver line it was sorted in 5 mins. Avios went back in after a few minutes. Pretty painless.
