I'd put my money on the chart, but it could be that the calculator is as broken as half of the new website is and is only showing the Europe-Istanbul portion of the cost of miles for the upgrade. My money is on 45k for upgrading your long haul flight alone.

Also bear in mind that, as far as I know, upgrades using miles only work for segments rather than entire journeys with a stopover (although I'd be really happy to find out to hear that I'm wrong).
