Whenever I have an opportunity (Vegas casinos are the best), I'll snag a couple of coffee cups (espresso cups are extra points), champagne flutes, wine glasses, highball and short cocktail glasses and a shot glass now and then. A quick hot wash back in the room and I'm good to go.

I take the best and rarest finds with me traveling, and upgrade whenever possible. Wine glass with cut and polished top (no "lip of death")? SCORE !!

Life on the road should never involve compromising stemware.
I used to think it was cool to steal the occasional piece of glassware, too. Then I turned 20.
