I get that there is a larger issue at hand with the fact that DCC is a thing at all, but again, that is not a property-specific concern IMO. It's also not one I feel like investing any more time in, since as mentioned above, it's easy enough for even a marginally informed traveler to avoid.
I find it a property specific issue. Not all properties do it. In fact the Radisson Suites in Sydney doesn't even pass along the credit card fee all the other hotels in Sydney do. And they do not offer DCC either. Each owner can decide how they want to treat customers. Guess we have to agree to disagree.
