All in all, I think AS probably treats me way better than I deserve. I always fly first class (with upgrade coupons) unless it is a very, very short flight, i.e. SEA/PDX, and I get marvelous customer service, frequently being told how important I am to them.
Their partners are amazing and we have had wonderful partner trips to Eruope via BA in the lap of luxury. Sure it would be nice if there were an easier way to upgrade on partners, but if I plan ahead, I can manage a way. I can't complain.
