Note that there are two concourses in terminal 3. The south concourse (concourse F) is where JetBlue usually parks (but occasionally they will overflow into concourse E). The Pre-check line closes at concourse E pretty often. Concourse F is almost always open. Terminal 3 sucks, in terms of amenities.
