Alaska is incredibly responsive to Alaska Listens feedback. I've had responses back on things I've mentioned when I don't even bother to click the "submit as a formal complaint" checkbox at the end of the survey.

I've had just the opposite happen...only once got a reply from Alaska Listens (and that was about the current Priority Pass situation), but I almost always get a reply from a Customer Care submission. I think of Alaska Listens as more of a survey like you get offered at the bottom of a fast food restaurant receipt...more of way to collect general data about your experience.
