My personal MCS seat preference are the exit rows over the bulkhead. Seats are a tad wider and are closer to the galley (faster delivery) and the lav.

I have Elevate Gold, which gets me access regardless of service class.
My sister has no status, but will be on MCS. I told her she would be able to use the shorter security line
