thanks for the information.. just checked again, and it stated 'Refunded' and the amount is < $60 only, which is not right. as i bought the ticket for about $800. And i did one way SWU applied (given by a friend) not sure whether that will be affecting the $ amount to < $60.. anyway just send an email to the Refunds Dept and hopefully it wot take too long for them to reply (can't find refund phone no)
