Having returned home from a well deserved walk there was a rather cryptic message waiting for me. Apparently the Sheraton (somewhat) Grand Resort in Nassau will no longer be part of the Sheraton Clan as of May 7th and my reservation for May 27 - June 1 has been "redirected". Anyone know anything about this? Naturally the Consumer Affairs Executive Division phone # is M-F only. Using points for this i.e. 4 nights w/5th free. Thanks.
The Sheraton Grand Resort Paradise Island is leaving the Sheraton chain and will not be operating as a hotel as of May 10, 2004. We are currently trying to work with some of the area hotels (non-starwood) to accept our award reservations affected by this. SPG has started calling everyone using Starpoints to assist with relocation alternatives. As there was over 200 award reservations throughout this year, we appreciate your patience while we contact everyone.
