I don't understand what the harm caused to the pax was. AC rebooked them and covered the hotel. The cause of the whole ordeal was the passenger's failure to check-in on time. Long check-in lineup - OK, we've all been there. Not AC's fault per se but they rebooked and accommodated the pax at no cost. So what is the problem?
