Ah, so this 'splains why I saw a BA 787 sitting on the tarmac at MSY on Sunday morning around 10AM. I was coming off a cruise ship in NOLA and arrived at the airport to take the WN direct flight back home to SAN. I thought it very strange to see a BA aircraft that early in the morning at a US airport, so I thought maybe it had gone tech from the day before, but flightstats showed no scheduled BA flights in the preceding days. I had no idea that the scheduled flights had yet to commence as my wife had seen some adverts around LHR the previous week as she was on a SAN-LHR-MUC business trip.
