I've been on three AS inaugurals, and there's always a little something!
SFO-SLC: Chocolates and cookies, luggage tags and pens, lots of balloons, certificate.
SJC-SAN: Speech, branded inflatable beach balls, treats.
PDX-MSP: Ribbon cutting by 75Ks (I got to hold, but not cut), speech, snacks.

So, I'd expect a small event. Nothing over the top, but a little recognition because this stuff is as important to the airports as the airline.
