Does anyone know if there is any chance that Alaska will be doing anything to make these flights slightly more special?
usually the do a ribbon cutting at each end before departure, sometimes there is a speech by a "dignitary", and there is often a cake or cookies or something like that and some balloons and stuff at the gate. you might get an inaugural flight certificate when you board.
don't expect much and you won't be disappointed
