I just took the flight from AMS to IAH and it was late arriving. It seemed like the few days before my trip, every time I checked the flight status for that flight, it was always arriving late. We got through passport control pretty quickly, but baggage took a while and there were a lot of pissed off people who were going to miss their connecting flights. Since many of these flights were the last ones out for the evening, many of these people were going to spend the night somewhere in Houston. Our particular flight was delayed because of weather, so hotel would not be covered by Continental. Once the flights move to E, maybe the connection time will be better, but with the flights arriving at D right now, an hour is really tight, even if the flight isn't late. I specifically remember a bunch of people mad because they were going to miss their connection to San Diego.
