Your best bet is to use a service like ExpertFlyer or KVS that shows availability in the different fare classes. When Y is showing 1 or 0 that's usually an indication that Economy is overbooked.

PS. Do you have any status on EK? The probability of an op-up increases as you move up the tiers.
