I was offered it once a few years ago. I couldn't justify spending the money on the initiation fee. I've consistently placed 150k - 400k a year on my AMEX SPG and Plum business. However, I've since moved most of it to Capital One for 2% CB. Travel and restaurants, I've moved over to JPM Reserve.
